  b. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use any of the artwork without obtaining explicit written permission from Leroy Brown Art LLC.

3. Commissioned Artwork
  a. If you commission Leroy Brown Art LLC to create custom artwork, your deposit is the agreement  that you understand the specific terms, timeline, and pricing.

4. Online Sales and E-commerce
  a. Leroy Brown Art LLC offers artwork for sale through website.
  b. Prices, descriptions, and availability of artwork are subject to change without notice.
  c. Leroy Brown Art LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

   d. Sales tax (6%) charge on all transactions and are subject to change if applicable to tax laws.

 
5. Returns and Refunds
  a. Leroy Brown Art LLC strives to provide accurate representations of artwork online and in-person, but minor variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur.
b. This company has a non-refundable and non-returnable policy.

6. Shipping and Delivery
  a. Leroy Brown Art LLC will make reasonable efforts to ensure prompt and secure shipping of artwork.
  b. Shipping costs, including any applicable taxes or customs duties, will be the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise specified.
  c. International orders are only accepted if the address is FPO/AP.
